We are looking for an experienced compliance professional to lead the compliance function for a financial services business in the Isle of Man.
This is a senior role with responsibility for regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, financial crime prevention, risk management and regulatory reporting. You will provide independent oversight, advise the Board and senior management, manage compliance monitoring and promote a strong risk and compliance culture across the business.
Requirements:
Relevant professional qualification or at least 5 years’ experience in Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit or Legal.
Strong knowledge of Isle of Man financial services regulations and AML/CFT requirements.
Experience advising senior management and presenting to Boards or committees.
Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills.
