Our client, an independent offshore law firm located in the Isle of Man, is providing an outstanding opportunity for qualified lawyers to join their busy commercial litigation team. This is a full-time position that invites applications from both junior and senior advocates, as well as lawyers qualified in other Commonwealth jurisdictions who are interested in relocating and requalifying locally. The successful candidate will be essential in managing complex commercial litigation and contributing to the firm's esteemed reputation. This role focuses on handling a diverse range of intricate cases including shareholder and directors’ duties disputes, trust disputes, civil fraud, asset tracing, insolvency and liquidations, as well as banking disputes and regulatory matters.
