Exclusive Board-Level Opportunity | Independent Non-Executive Director | Isle of Man - We are currently working with a highly regarded international financial services firm on a genuinely exciting board appointment - and we'd love to connect with experienced senior professionals who might be the right fit. This is a permanent INED role with a firm that operates at the forefront of offshore banking, wealth management and fiduciary services - serving a globally mobile client base across some of the world's most dynamic growth markets. The organisation has a strong governance culture, a clear strategic purpose and a boardroom environment where independent thinking is not just welcomed - its expected. What makes this role particularly compelling is the specific focus on AML/CFT expertise. The board is seeking a director who can provide real, substantive oversight of financial crime governance - not just a generalist perspective, but deep, board-level experience in this space. **You'll need to bring:**Board-level AML/CFT and financial crime oversight experience. Strong regulatory knowledge across offshore or international financial services. Understanding of CDD, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening and three lines of defence. Previous NED experience with the gravitas to provide independent challenge. IOM Resident and be able to attend the board meetings in person. Time commitment: approximately 36 days per year.
