Our client seeks a Head of Compliance to join their team. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the organisation's compliance and risk management frameworks to ensure full adherence to all applicable Isle of Man regulatory and legal requirements. The role provides strategic and operational leadership in regulatory compliance, financial crime prevention, and risk management across the business' fiduciary, fund services, tax, and advisory operations. Key Skills and Experience: Relevant professional compliance/AML qualification (e.g. ICA or equivalent). Extensive experience in a senior compliance or MLRO/DMLRO role within fiduciary, corporate services, fund services, or broader financial services. Strong technical expertise in AML/CFT, risk management and regulatory frameworks, including Isle of Man, UK, or comparable regimes. Knowledge of data protection/GDPR and information security frameworks would be desirable. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and manage a team. Specifically managing a compliance team would be ideal. Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance and risk policies, procedures, and control frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities with high attention to detail. High levels of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Experience delivering AML/CFT or compliance training would be desirable.
