Senior Administrator

About the role
As Senior Administrator, you will manage your own portfolio of client entities and be the person clients and colleagues rely on to keep them in good order. You will draft and review board minutes, resolutions, statutory filings and correspondence, and coordinate incorporations, annual returns, compliance filings and due diligence. You will also liaise with banks and other third parties on behalf of your clients, and make sure that every record is kept accurately and in line with current regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for
You will have at least four years' experience in a corporate service provider or fiduciary services environment. You will work with a high level of accuracy, stay well organised under pressure and manage your deadlines without needing to be chased. A professional qualification such as STEP or the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme is important to us, and we are equally happy to hear from you if you are working towards one.
