MTG is recruiting a Project Coordinator or Project Manager to support IT and digital transformation projects. You will coordinate schedules, resources and client updates, track progress and risks, and use AI tools to improve delivery.
At Manager level, you will also own project delivery and commercials. We’re looking for strong organisation, clear communication, sound judgement and a good work ethic. Familiarity with IT and software is expected; networking knowledge and Agile experience are advantages.
Coordinators should be quick to learn; no degree is required. Managers should have three years’ relevant project delivery experience. Isle of Man based, with hybrid working available.
