We are looking for an experienced Credit Manager to assess and evaluate lending applications through robust credit risk assessment, affordability analysis and sound financial principles. The successful candidate will support asset book growth while ensuring lending decisions remain within the Bank's risk appetite and regulatory framework. Working closely with business stakeholders and relationship teams, you will provide expert credit guidance, make prudent lending decisions, identify growth opportunities and contribute to maintaining a high-quality credit portfolio.
Critically assess valuation assumptions, sustainable cash flows, loan-to-value, debt-service and interest-cover metrics, lease profile, tenant quality, vacancy, break options and marketability.
Ensure covenants, information undertakings, cure rights, conditions precedent and drawdown controls are measurable and effectively monitored.
