We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Investment Administrator to join a well-established financial services organisation.
The role involves overseeing investment transactions, maintaining accurate records, liaising with fund managers and financial advisers, and resolving complex queries. You will also support colleagues, share technical knowledge, contribute to process improvements and ensure all activities meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, ideally within investments, life assurance or investment operations, with strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach and the confidence to support and guide colleagues are essential.
