We are looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Co-ordinator & Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer (DMLRO) to join an accountancy firm in Douglas.
The role will involve overseeing regulatory and statutory compliance, conducting internal audits and investigations, maintaining policies and procedures, delivering staff training and ensuring the business meets its AML obligations. You will also support senior management, liaise with regulatory authorities and assist with ongoing risk assessments across the wider business, including its overseas offices.
Requirements:
At least 3 years' office-based experience.
Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
Strong organisational, communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to manage projects and work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
