Our Client seeks an Accounts Assistant to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Bank & payment service provider statement postings to accounting system. Bank & payment service provider monthly reconciliations: Trade creditor payment runs for various entities: Purchase invoice input:Collation of staff expenses: Raising sales invoices: Scanning and filing: Preparation of expense accruals, prepayments & depreciation postings: Reconciliation of intercompany balances: Shared inbox monitoring: Dealing with telephone queries. Key Skills & Experience: 5 x GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above, including English and Maths: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role: Strong, professional communication skills - face to face, via email and on the phoneIT/computer skills with intermediate MS Excel: Good planning and organisational skills: High level of accuracy with strong numerical skills.
