Our client seeks a dynamic and motivated Senior Project Manager for their team. You'll be the driving force behind the Company's success, overseeing single or multiple projects while fostering collaboration across all levels. The ideal candidate will be a strategic team player who has experience in delivering tech and infrastructure related projects and can tackle unique challenges with a "can-do"; attitude and have a knack for problem-solving. Key Responsibilities. Accountable for the execution of the program, including changes throughout the complete lifecycle. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders during the project delivery phase.Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Perform risk management to minimise project risks.Contribute to process improvements up and down stream to aid project delivery and improve over customer satisfaction and experience.Manage direct reports workload, holidays, focus and set tactical objectives and goals.Provide coaching and guidance to direct reports. Key Skills & Experience Degree / HND, or equivalent qualifications demonstrating focus, abilities, and a commitment to develop, desirable, but not essential.At least 3 years of relevant experience gained within multi-disciplinary project teams in the technology sector.Experience of Project Management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Smart Sheets or equivalent and proficient in M365 core applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience in Sage Accounts would be advantageous.Knowledge of Data Centre Hosting processes and nuances is desirable. You may be asked to work occasional additional hours or weekends to support customer project installations.You may be required to travel for project meeting to company locations and customer sites.
