Our client seeks a Junior Business Analyst to join their team. They will play a crucial role in supporting the existing team by gathering and documenting business requirements. The ideal candidate will be organised, able to prioritise and have great communication skills. There is no specific experience required as training, guidance and support will be provided. Key Responsibilities. Create and maintain clear documentation for business processes.Support with the reviewing of current business processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and recommend optimisations.Take user suggestions and present them to the technical team, translating needs into actionable requirements.Assist in quality assurance of business documentation.Provide insight and updates to the management team on progression of projects.Help develop training materials, user guides and provide end-user support during implementation phases.Provide administrative support to team members.
