Our client seeks a Senior Administrator - Client Portfolio to join their team. Role Overview: As a Senior Administrator, you are responsible for managing a portfolio of clients while supporting the efficient delivery of administrative tasks within the organisation. This role requires strong attention to detail, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. In addition to your client responsibilities, you will act as a key team member, assisting with the implementation of processes and providing guidance to junior team members. Your position is critical in ensuring high standards of client service and compliance while contributing to the overall success of the administration team. Key Responsibilities. Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, providing excellent service and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.Oversee the onboarding of new clients, ensuring all customer due diligence (CDD) requirements are met in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., AML/CFT).Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, handle requests, and build strong relationships.Monitor and address any changes in client risk profiles, escalating issues to the appropriate team members or management as necessary.Complete administrative tasks related to your portfolio, such as document management, updating client records, and processing transactions.Ensure all tasks are carried out accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal procedures and regulations.Support the preparation of client reports and ensure timely submission of required documentation.Ensure that all activities related to your client portfolio comply with relevant regulations, including AML/CFT requirements and GDPR. Identify and escalate any compliance concerns to the Assistant Administration Manager or Compliance Team.Keep up to date with changes in regulatory requirements and apply this knowledge to your role.Provide guidance and support to junior administrators, sharing knowledge and best practices to help them develop their skills.Act as a point of contact for less experienced team members, assisting them in resolving day-to-day queries.Contribute to team meetings and discussions, offering insights and suggestions for improving processes.Assist in identifying inefficiencies within administrative processes and propose solutions to enhance productivity and accuracy.Support the implementation of new tools or systems to improve workflow management. Key Skills and Experience: Hold a relevant qualification.Significant experience in administration, preferably within a regulated environment. Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to your role.Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.Understanding of AML/CFT requirements, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.High standard of accuracy in administrative tasks and client record management.Proactive approach to identifying and resolving client or operational issues.
