Operations Director

The Director of Operations will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the business and will work with a range of stakeholders, internal and external, to successfully achieve the strategic and business objectives through operational excellence. Managing risk and compliance will be a key responsibility to ensure the business adheres to its legal and regulatory obligations and strive for continual improvement across all areas of the business.
Looking for: 5 Years+ Risk and Compliance experience. Experience of Corporate Governance ISO9001. Auditing experience and qualifications. Quality Management experience. Policy Management and Policy Creation experience. Experience and awareness of UK Subsidy Control legislation. Experience of Procurement Management. Experience of managing high performing teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience of complaints management. Ability to extract, analyse and present data to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and maintain new and existing business relationships. Ensure the effective day to day management of the business.
Ensure accuracy and quality across all areas of the business. Demonstrate a proactive approach to changes in UK tax legislation.
Maintain excellent customer service with all stakeholders through effective communication. Create and maintain an excellent relationship with contractor agencies. Continuously improve business systems and processes through innovation. To be the central point for all escalations. Work as part of a team to assist with the business growth; encouraging generation of new leads and improve business retention. Be self-driven and motivated. Conduct research to identify potential new opportunities. Be proactive in implementing new ideas. responsible for data management, data protection and data quality. Act as a positive ambassador for the company.
