Support with the delivery of multiple finance initiatives to ensure all goals are reached and key stakeholders are regularly updated on progressr
Refresh, maintain and develop policies, processes, and methodologies for initiatives to be deliveredr
Maintain organisation standards of satisfaction, quality, and performancer
Responsibilitiesr
r
Work closely with initiative stakeholder partners and cross-functional teams to develop the scope of initiatives and agree timings on the delivery of these initiativesr
Identify risks and issues related to the program and manage them proactively, developing contingency plans to mitigate potential impactsr
Develop strong relationships with team members, vendors, and partnersr
Manage resources and ensure timely delivery of programmer
Coordinate activities for the parties involved in the programmer
Produce programme reports for managers and senior stakeholdersr
Raise issues that may affect delivery with management and stakeholdersr
Ensure post implementation reviews take place and lessons learnt carried forward into future projectsr
