Regulatory Technician Administrator

Our client seeks a Regulatory Technician to join their team. You will contribute to the output of the Compliance Team to achieve regulatory compliance objectives across the Group and its supported legal entities. Key Responsibilities. Management of the Compliance Function query Mailbox, including allocation of queries to Regulatory Officers, and where possible, resolution through own initiative.Logging breaches reported by the business on relevant registers.A support role for all Regulatory Officers in the Compliance Team, with a view to developing similar skillsets and specialisms.Review and sign off for literature, including Financial Promotion approval (UK and ROW)Compiling reports and management information for International and Group businesses.Management of the Regulatory Reporting Diary Reminder process.Maintenance of Compliance Team registers.Carrying out regulatory horizon scanning activity.Identify opportunities for improvements to compliance processes and ensure compliance procedures are updated as required. Key Skills & Experience. Able to demonstrate good organisational skill: able to work proactively, to prioritise work and to work well under pressure. Ability to communicate to all levels. Working knowledge of compliance frameworks within a Governance, Risk & Compliance Function. Working knowledge of UK and ROW Financial Promotions rules. Able to work within a team or on own initiative.Ability to deliver to tight deadlines.Ensures high quality output.Computer literate in Microsoft office.Good organisational, administration and interpersonal skills.
