We provide first line support and strive to deliver excellent customer service to our Consumer and Corporate customers, handling inbound calls and online enquiries. Some of the role responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions to a high standard, providing support and advice on technical issues, requests for service and general customer queries.
Taking ownership and recording customer interactions, seeing through to resolution, or escalating as appropriate.
Actively promote Manx Telecom's products and services.
Delivering individual sales performance against channel targets.
