Our client seeks a Compliance Administrator to join their team. Key Responsibilities. Assisting the team with compliance matters, always promoting adherence to policies and procedures.Conducting client risk assessment reviews and administration reviews.Undertaking screening and investigations via the screening software.Establishing and maintaining close working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience.Assisting with new business screening.Reviewing and monitoring sanctions updates.Management of the company's screening platform and responding to any reports.Promoting a positive compliance first culture, including training and awareness for colleagues in a supportive, collaborative environment.Assisting the Head of Compliance with reporting and delivery of the compliance program. Key Skills & Experience. A suitable compliance qualification would be beneficial but not required. The attitude and desire to succeed in a compliance role is essential, they can teach you the rest.Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Knowledge of compliance and regulatory environments.Understanding of offshore corporate structures.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
