We have presently a fantastic opportunity to join one of our Residential Homes located in Douglas, and make a real difference to our Young Peoples live.
As Team Leader, you will be directly involved in managing the home and providing positive support for challenging young people aged 9-17. Whether shift leading or joining in with daily activities, you will also share in the leadership of the team, helping to develop staff by modelling high standards of professionalism.
