We have a list of just over 9300 patients and work from smart, purpose-built premises. We have excellent medical administration staff, a community health team on site, and the working environment is friendly and supportive. We are high KPI achievers, have an in-house pharmacy technician and we are proud to be a training practice. We have a weekly clinical meeting to discuss cases and for multidisciplinary professional peer support.r

This is a new role within the practice and there is the opportunity to develop your own clinical interests. You will have continuous support from GP Partners, our Advanced Paramedic Practitioner and the management team to enhance this role and your skills.r
r
You should be an independent prescriber. Ideally you will have experience in some or all of: management of minor illness and acute primary care presentations; telephone triage; chronic illness management.r
r
You should be comfortable seeing patients independently. There is a named GP supervisor available each day for support and guidance.r
r
