Feel Connected to the future at Sure by joining the CTIO team as an Infrastructure Engineer - Cloud, in either Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man working 37.5 hours per week.

Good working knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems, storage, virtualisation and security devices.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft AD and DNS.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate by phone or in person.
3 or more years' experience in a systems administration role, preferably in a service provider environment.
Demonstrated high levels of accuracy with excellent time management and organisational skills.
To drive the role forward, the individual will hold good working knowledge in a few IT disciplines with an associate level qualification (CCNA, VCA or equivalent experience). The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery and customer experience of Sure Cloud Services leveraging infrastructure, disaster recovery, backup, network, or security technologies. Sure, has a strong customer-centric service culture which will come naturally to candidates. The successful Cloud Engineer will be comfortable managing and investigating customer support issues and issues raised by monitoring, and in both cases a determination to reach the root cause is essential.
