Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial In-House Lawyer to provide legal support across a broad range of commercial, contractual, regulatory and data protection matters.
This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders across all departments to manage legal risks, supporting business operations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer in the Isle of Man, UK, Guernsey, Jersey (or equivalent jurisdiction) and will have strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills.
