What we're looking for to expand our Japanese Cuisine, helping our Sushi Head Chef:
Passion for Japanese cuisine and a willingness to learn.
Some experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment (sushi experience is a plus).
Good knife skills and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
