Assistant Restaurant Manager

HQ Bar & Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to join our team.
Successful candidates will have bar/restaurant experience and looking to take the next step in their career. They will be enthusiastic, driven and keen to learn. Will interact with a variety of different people and so will need to have excellent communication and people skills. Be over 18 due to sale of alcohol. Be reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and flexible. Ensure the customers experience the best in customer service, making sure our standards of service are high at all times.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Open & close procedures.
Occasional kitchen assistance.
Tending a busy bar.
Developing new standards and procedures.
Helping business growth.
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager.
Running a busy restaurant service.
Attending to basic hotel needs.
Stock counts and ordering.
Overseeing organisation and cleanliness.
Attending to hotel guests on occasion.
Leading a small team.
Enforcing brand standards.
Preferred Requirements (not required).
Experience as a supervisor or senior team member.
Cocktail experience (preferred but not required, training will be given).
Experience in leading people.
Requirements:
Great communication skills.
Drive, initiative and passion.
Green light, proactive and critical thinking.
Reactive Problem solving.
MS Office Literate.
