Key Responsibility Statement - Front of House & Bar (Just Pizza & Pasta):
As a Front of House team member at Just Pizza & Pasta, you'll be the face of our restaurant, delivering warm, attentive service and creating a welcoming environment for every guest. Your primary responsibility is to ensure an exceptional customer experience from arrival to departure. This includes greeting and seating guests, providing efficient, friendly table service. Once trained you'll be responsible for taking accurate food and drink orders, communicating clearly with kitchen and bar teams, and confidently handling payments. If you are behind our bar, you'll prepare and serve drinks to our high standards, maintain cleanliness, and ensure full stock availability. You'll play a key role in upholding our brand values, ensuring the restaurant is clean, inviting, and running smoothly. A positive attitude, great communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential in our fast paced, customer focused environment. Is this you?
