Our client is seeking a Legal Administrator to join their team and support both the Dispute Resolution and Corporate & Commercial departments. Key Responsibilities: Providing administrative and secretarial support to advocates in both teams. Typing and formatting legal documents and correspondence. Diary management and scheduling meetings. Answering and directing telephone calls and emails professionally. Filing, photocopying, and document management. Assisting with billing and time-recording processes. Supporting with case management and file preparation. Key Skills & Experience: Strong general office and administrative skills. Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and a proactive approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
