We're on the lookout for a skilled Senior IT Technician to join our clients forward-thinking team! If you're a proactive problem-solver with 4+ years' experience in IT support or systems, this is your chance to step into a dynamic role with real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot via helpdesk and support all office systems.
Manage servers, VPNs, disaster recovery, and remote access.
Maintain and support hardware/software and tools like VMWare, Proxmox and Bitdefender.
Oversee Net2Access and email/web/antivirus systems.
Ensure ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 compliance.
Stay ahead of IT trends and best practices.
What You'll Need:
Strong skills in Active Directory, Exchange, MS 365, Windows 10/11, Linux.
Experience with virtualisation platforms (VMWare/Proxmox).
Great communication and team spirit.
A passion for tech and a can-do mindset.
