Our client is seeking a Temporary Customer Provisioning Agent to join their Customer Experience team on a full-time basis until 31 December 2025. Based in Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end provisioning of consumer and wholesale services. This includes processing and tracking orders for fixed line, broadband, fibre, WLR and business mobile services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and excellent customer communication throughout.
