Our client is seeking a Part Time Compliance Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Lead all compliance matters relating to the Isle of Man - regulated CSP and underlying shipping investment structures. Maintain internal policies, procedures, and regulatory reporting requirements. Act as Compliance Officer and MLRO (subject to experience and following a transition period). Liaise with regulators and ensure alignment with IOM FSA expectations. Provide cover and support for the Company Secretarial Manager as needed. Potential to engage in additional operational matters and play a key role in the business over time. Key Skills & Experience: Experienced compliance professional, ideally with CSP or wider financial services experience. Capable of working autonomously and managing regulatory obligations. Willing to be hands-on in a small, dynamic business environment. Open to developing into broader responsibilities over time. Hours estimated time commitment: 2 days per week, which may be spread flexibly across the week. Flexible working hours/days can be discussed with strong candidates.
