Job Overview:
Templeton Insurance (TIL) is a non-life insurance company with over 80,000 active policyholders. The successful candidate will take control of the company’s data analysis, business reporting function, and data management together with assuming responsibility for compiling all quarterly regulatory solvency returns to the FSA as well as any other ad hoc business reporting.
Typical duties include:
Data analysis, business reporting, the production of management information and, with the oversight of the Appointed Actuary, the production of any regulatory information that may be supplied to the FSA.
Solving and reporting upon any complex day-to-day business issue.
Analysing and reporting upon own company and regulatory solvency, claims experience, economic capital, risk management, de-risking, financial modelling, and stress and scenario testing.
Assisting in assessing the efficiency of claims and other analysis and reporting processes.
Managing the TIL data warehouse and analysing past and current business trends.
A high level of knowledge of MS Excel, VBa, SQL, Bi Reporting.
