Our client seeks an Accounts & Administration Assistant to join their team. You will provide essential support across a variety of finance and admin functions. This is a great opportunity to gain broad experience in a busy finance office and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist with processing purchase ledger invoices and maintaining supplier records. Support the sales ledger by raising invoices, tracking receipts, and helping with reconciliations. Help prepare and upload payment runs, ensuring accuracy and proper authorisation. Assist with payroll administration tasks including timesheet entry and data collation. Support subcontractor ledger duties such as invoice processing, CIS compliance checks, and payment preparation. Perform accurate data entry and help maintain financial records and spreadsheets. Respond to internal and external finance queries in a timely and professional manner. Provide general administrative support such as filing, document handling, and email correspondence. Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment, offering flexible help where needed. Key Skills & Experience: Experience in a finance or administrative role is preferred. Comfortable with data entry, document handling, and working with finance software. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexible and organised with a can-do attitude.
