Our client is looking for a candidate with prior experience within a fast-paced office/call centre environment . You will have a passion for putting the customer first and achieving customer focused outcomes whilst having high levels of empathy. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate the complex into more easily understood terms.
The role is full time (37 hours) on a shift rota basis
