Mailroom Machine Operator

An exciting opportunity within our mailroom as we seek to recruit a permanent mailroom Machine Operator (35 hours per week). This role will undertake work from internal and external business solution mailroom clients, producing a high quality standard of work using our envelopment machine and a variety of finishing equipment, whilst achieving and delivering customer expectations.

Responsibilities include: To assist with daily envelopment production, working with internal and external clients producing a high level quality of work in line with customer expectations, undertake manual fulfilment, daily maintenance on envelopment machine, finishing work using the folding equipment, daily stock allocation and management to maintain accurate levels, help maintain both ISO accreditations, 27001 and 9001, driving an IOMPO vehicle.

We are looking for somebody who: Has experience within a production environment, has strong attention to detail, has proven experience working to tight deadlines and dealing with priorities across multiple work streams, has the ability to work independently and within a team, is adaptable when working within a fast paced environment.

The remuneration package for the role includes a competitive salary dependent upon experience (£24,887.72 to £27,532.440), performance based bonus scheme, Employer Contribution Group pension scheme, continued training and development and free onsite car parking. In addition we offer, a supportive structured working environment and full uniform including PPE.
