We are currently seeking enthusiastic, fun-loving, energetic and physically fit support worker,s to join a dedicated team to support two young adults in their own home with Learning Disabilities based in Ramsey. This role will require you to take part in activities such as swimming, Ape Mann, hikes, bus rides & other outdoor activities. The main objective is to promote and encourage independence and enable both adults to live as independently as possible. Experience and knowledge in Learning Disabilities and Autism is required for this role. Applicants must be enthusiastic with a caring personality and have a passion to work in this field. Drivers with access to a vehicle is necessary for this role. Hourly rates of pay from £13.50 to £16.00 per hour plus rolled up holiday pay. Complete Care pay for all training, supervisions, appraisals and for attendance at team meetings.
