Quay Dental is looking for a Care Coordinator to join our warm and professional team. As a Care Coordinator, you'll be an essential part of the patient journey - from the moment a patient makes an enquiry to the successful completion of their treatment. Working closely with both our clinical and reception teams, your role will ensure every patient feels welcomed, well-informed, and looked after.
You’ll be the friendly face that meets and greets new patients, the trusted guide who explains treatment plans clearly and helps with understanding, and the person who manages appointments and treatment schedules seamlessly. You’ll respond to queries about finance and treatment, keep records up to date, and maintain regular follow-up with patients, both in person and virtually. You’ll also support the wider team with day-to-day admin and organisation.
This role would suit a GDC-registered Dental Nurse who enjoys the patient-facing side of dentistry, or a motivated individual with a background in areas like hospitality, healthcare, or retail, who is ready to take on a new challenge and begin training as a Dental Nurse.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in patient care. A calm and confident manner, strong attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative will all be key. We're looking for someone who brings positivity, professionalism, and warmth to every interaction.
