We are seeking an energetic and detail-driven Hospitality and Catering Coordinator to lead the delivery of quality food experiences and warm guest hospitality. This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys making events special from the inside out.
In this role, you will:
Coordinate catering and hospitality services for internal and external events.
Liaise with chefs, suppliers, and service staff to delegate and manage team operations.
Organize bookings, schedules, and event logistics.
Monitor budgets and staffing levels to ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintain compliance with food hygiene (Level 2+), health and safety, First Aid, and other regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service and handle any issues with professionalism.
Support promotion of hospitality offerings through marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
We’d love to hear from candidates with:
Proven experience in hospitality, catering, or event coordination.
Hands-on cooking skills and experience in beverage provision.
Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, solution-focused approach.
Working knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Flexibility to adapt to changing event schedules and demands..
Willingness to support and uphold the Christian ethos of the charity.
