Mattress Man is seeking a reliable and friendly Sales & Operations Assistant to support daily shop activities. The ideal candidate will assist customers with product inquiries and sales, help maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, support account-keeping using Xero, and coordinate the delivery of products to customers. The role also includes managing online sales, responding to customer enquiries via social media and email, and ensuring a high standard of customer service across all channels.
This is a hands on position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude.
