Bradda View Nursing & Residential Home are looking for a Registered Nurse to join the team, to be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.
Reporting to the Deputy/Registered manager, Registered Nurses will also be responsible for overseeing the care provided by our Health Care Assistants.
Key Responsibilities include:
Be accountable for care delivered to residents.
Assessing, planning and evaluating care needs or the provision of care.
To oversee and deliver high-quality care.
To support the Deputy/Registered Manager of the Home in complying with the care standards in the jurisdiction working in.
Act as a leadership role model for junior members of staff.
Adhere to high standards of clinical and non-clinical practice.
Adhere to policies and standards set by the Company and the care standards in the jurisdiction working in.
Work within a wider organisational framework to ensure continuity of service for the residents and employees.
Attend supervisions and appraisals, as required and requested.
Maintain own professional development as per the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
To ensure that relevant documentation is completed and stored in a comprehensive manner.
Comply with all Company and local audits, and committed to achieving high standards expected from audits.
To undertake and be accountable for tasks relating to medication administration, in-line with own training/competency, company policy, and local standards.
