Job Description.
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team member to join our bakery operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for a confident driver with a full license who is comfortable driving a transit van and enjoys working in a hands-on environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Packaging freshly baked products to high standards.
Picking and preparing orders for retailers and direct customers.
Planning and calculating delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
Delivering products across the island to customers and stockists.
Cleaning down the bakery and maintaining hygiene standards.
Handling basic customer enquiries during deliveries.
Representing the bakery professionally as a brand ambassador.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our products reach customers in perfect condition and with great service. This is a physical, fast-paced role best suited to someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys a varied workday.
