Role Overview:
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to take ownership of new business generation within a designated territory. This is a fully remote, high-performance sales role where you’ll operate independently, using modern tools and strategies to win and manage digital recruitment clients. The ideal candidate is not an entry-level salesperson but a proven closer who can prospect, sell, and deliver value with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with recruitment agencies, job boards, and direct employers. In addition to developing new leads, you’ll build and maintain a strong pipeline of both new and existing clients. You’ll be expected to run outbound sales campaigns using platforms such as Apollo, LinkedIn, email automation tools, and AI-driven prospecting systems. Monitoring performance, analysing data for ROI, and optimising your campaigns will be a regular part of your workflow. You will also ensure your CRM activity is accurately maintained in HubSpot, and regularly report your progress through weekly written updates and monthly KPI presentations to the leadership team.

Qualifications and Experience:
We’re looking for candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in job board sales, digital media, or recruitment. You should have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing commercial accounts effectively. A strong understanding of digital advertising metrics such as CPC, CPA, and ROI is essential. Proficiency in HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly desirable. You must be a native speaker of the local language and fluent in English.

To succeed in this role, you should be entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and capable of managing your own pipeline and workflow. We value confident communicators and skilled negotiators who can build relationships and close deals. Analytical thinking, attention to performance metrics, and a proactive mindset are key. You should be a natural problem-solver with a strong instinct for sales, and comfortable working as part of a flexible, international team.
