You will handle customer enquiries by phone, email, chat and in person, manage bookings, coordinate with suppliers, update records, follow up on feedback, support events such as the Isle of Man TT and assist with general admin and sales tasks. The role requires a positive attitude, excellent communication, attention to detail, good IT skills and the ability to work independently and in a team. A full driving licence is essential, with sales or travel experience and an interest in motorsport an advantage.
