The Role As Branch Manager, you will:
Lead, motivate, and develop your branch team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and vendors.
Drive new business and grow sales with existing customers.
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, company policies, and procedures.
Oversee all financial aspects of the branch, including budgeting and expense management.
Collaborate with the external sales team to generate leads and opportunities.
Deliver excellent customer service and uphold our company’s reputation.
Continuously review and improve branch operations for greater efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in branch operations or sales team environment.
Strong understanding of transaction processing, inventory management, and cash handling.
Knowledge of data protection regulations and payment card industry standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
