Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Key responsibilities include the development and maintenance of high-performance inference systems for deploying
large-scale AI models across multi-GPU clusters, implementing and optimising deployment pipelines for production grade
model serving, application of optimisation techniques such as quantisation and pruning to improve inference
efficiency and working with AI runtimes (e.g., PyTorch, TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, vLLM) and inference engines (e.g.,
Triton, Ray Serve, SLURM).
Technical skills required include solid experience with Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, a
working knowledge of AI runtimes: ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, vLLM, exposure to distributed inference engines: Ray
Serve, Triton Inference Server, a basic understanding of inter-process communication (e.g., gRPC, MPI, NCCL),
familiarity with networking technologies like NVLink, RDMA, or GPUDirect as well as hands-on experience with
quantisation, pruning, or sparsity-based performance improvements.
