Job Description:
To ensure the execution of all risk management activities and requirements (e.g., business, regulatory and market conduct) as well as associated processes and procedures. To implement and embed risk prevention and mitigation frameworks in order to avoid potential breaches and losses whilst maintaining client experience standards. To provide business with a view of their risk profile on an ongoing basis.
To implement and manage alongside the Head of Fraud and Risk, a first line prevention and detection fraud risk management capability for PPB ( including the outsourced aspects) in order to provide consistent, seamless customer experience by mitigating fraud risk whilst reducing client friction.
Qualifications:
Type of Qualification: Degree in Business Commerce.
Experience Required:
3-4 years of experience in operational risk, compliance and/or audits.
Experience within understanding the value chain and/or the business. Deep knowledge of operational risk and compliance matters as well as risk remediation. Experience in change management within large rollouts and initiatives.
Outputs:
Stakeholder engagement.
Implement a 1Line of Defence prevention and detection fraud risk management capability .
Day to day management of Fraud process in conjunction with business to guide and lead the delivery of reputable client solutions through effective oversight and assurance on fraud management.
Oversight of the outsourced fraud prevention service .
Projects – risk analysis and oversight including Change Risk Management process.
RCSA control testing and monitoring and reporting.
Incident and breach management – review, analysis, action tracking, conclusion and reporting.
Oversight of business change management.
Procedure mapping and review management.
Training – risk culture, risk identification and risk assessment.
Quality Assurance and reporting.
Audit interaction.
