Compliance Officer

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure that our operations and business transactions follow relevant legal and internal rules. As part of this role, you will be expected to keep abreast of AML/CFT regulation and sanction updates, as well as assisting in establishing a sound internal governance framework. You will also provide support and guidance to the admin team in the preparation of GSC licence applications and regulatory returns. You will also be required to be the named AML/CFT officer on our licensed entities. This will include maintaining and updating AML/CFT policies and procedures, staying abreast of legislation and best practice in gambling compliance, conducting enhanced due diligence and risk assessments for high-risk customers and jurisdictions, supporting internal audits and regulatory inspections conducted by the GSC or other authorities. Required for this role us proven experience in AML/CFT compliance preferably within the online gambling sector, strong understanding of the Isle of Man AML/CFT Code and GSC regulatory framework, ICA or equivalent AML certification (desirable), Excellent analytical and investigative skills, strong communication skills are essential, high attention to detail and the ability to work independently under pressure.
