Job type: Full-time including one weekend day, hours 8.45-3.45

The Role

We’re looking for a Front Counter Team Member who can keep service sharp, upbeat, and flowing — especially during the weekend rush. You’ll be:

Taking orders with energy and clarity
Spotting when the kitchen is at full capacity, and helping guide customers toward quick-service items (like pastries, toasties, smoothies or specials we can turn around fast)
Upselling with charm — inspiring customers to try “grab-and-go” choices without making it feel like a hard sell
Keeping the counter stocked, clean, and welcoming
Supporting the team with food running and drinks service when needed

Who We’re Looking For

A confident communicator who can read the room and adapt (calm when it’s busy, warm when it’s quiet)
Someone who’s quick-thinking and loves keeping things moving smoothly
Hospitality or retail counter service experience is ideal, but personality and attitude matter most
Flexible to work at least one weekend day (when we’re at our busiest and best!)
A natural motivator — you make customers feel looked after while gently guiding them to smart choices
