Receptionist/Administrator

We are a busy, friendly local law firm seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This is a varied role where you will provide front-of-house support, as well as assisting with general office administration.
Key Duties:
Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answering and directing telephone calls.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
Booking appointments and maintaining the diary system.
Assisting with general administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative role (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
