Receptionist (Part Time 3 Days Per Week)

Chase Financial Services (trading as Chase Wealth Solutions and Financial Options) are a leading firm of Independent Financial & Mortgage Advisers on the Isle of Man.
As the receptionist, you will be joining an ambitious, professional, friendly office, responsible for providing an efficient and effective reception service to our clients.
Previous reception experience is desirable however, a personable attitude, administrative skills and common sense are essential.
Duties:
Answering internal and external telephone calls.
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
Informing Company employees are notified of visitors.
Assisting the Admin areas with producing finance reports for clients.
Keeping reception area tidy.
Accurately booking/rearranging appointments when required.
Skills required:
Good organisation skills.
Good communication skills.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to keep calm in stressful situations.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
