Isle of Man Post Office is seeking to recruit a Temporary Part-Time Post Person for a duration of 6 months at our Northern Delivery Office in Ramsey. Flexibility on days of attendance will be required to include Sundays on a rota basis working 16.5 hours per week.
Full training will be offered to the successful candidate.
We are looking for someone who has: good communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team, flexibility, self-motivation and shows initiative, the ability to work quickly and accurately. The possession of a full manual driving licence is essential to include C1 category.
The role involves: driving an IOMPO vehicle, loading and unloading vehicles, lifting and transporting mail items up to 30kg, collecting, sorting preparing and delivering mail, use of a PDA to scan items accurately.
