Reception Administrator

This hybrid role requires a methodical, enthusiastic and flexible individual.

Whilst based in Reception, the role includes administration work and providing support to the legal team.

Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:55am to 5:15pm (one hour for lunch 1pm-2pm).

Duties: Typical duties include:

Dealing with all client enquiries through Reception – by email, telephone and in person.
Audio and copy typing.
Assisting legal team with file administration, collation of bundles and associated administrative tasks.
Raising invoices and inputting on file management system.
File opening and associated administration.
Ordering requirements for stationery and stock checks.
Administration to assist office generally.
